Crosby joined Nonantum in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in a series of people operations-focused roles across several top-tier law firms and a large private university.
Crosby received her B.A. in Spanish and History, summa cum laude, from The College of William & Mary. She is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
